Because our friend Tunsie has a lot to say about food, I've created this spot for his mini-blogs. Read the comments below for all things gastronomically Tunsie.

instead of buffalo wings which r customarily thrown in the deep fat. u should have dry rubbed strips of chicken breasts, which later can be dipped in a variety of sauces.tunsie, tunsie, tunsie

additionally noted gifts from god: tunsie and the internet. love and love. ajvar and hot lime relish also come to mind when considering particularly tasty gifts, of incontestably divine nature, friends of both pita and paratha. likewise schmearable upon a wrap.

tunsie, why is a wrap rolled up and a sandwich on a roll not called a smush?

Anonymous said...

smush sounds like you dropped a brick on it,and it won't look appetizing to the eye.tunsie.tunsie.tunsie

imagined dishes: the name smush, since i like it, would lend itself well to a dessert involving ice cream and warm cookies, thus alluding to a fun and participatory ingestion-action as opposed to any brick. and it wouldn't be ugly. even a princess would eat it. smush fish, on another note, could refer to a whole-flounder delicacy, as you know the poor flounder so long ago got smushed by a rock, but is yet highly edible, very much so with lime.

my contention is that thai will outnumber chinese restaurants.I. think thai is more flavourful and less greasy.I also know that thai uses many more combinations of herbs in one dish[you can have something sweet and spicy at the same time].it makes for an interesting meal it is not always the same taste per bite.tunsie.tunsie.tunsie

a miso dressing is very nice, for leafy salad or for sauteed baked or roasted vegetable, like gobo or carrote. one would hope such delights might be found wherever one's kitchen is. or mouth. god gave us miso, i was told, because he loves us, and the art of dressing (salad), and all sorts of miso, too. i will pocket this comment now, grocery list for life.
